Compensation and Schedule <br />Stantec proposes to provide the City of Mounds View with professional engineering services <br />required to provide the services described herein regarding the water plans required within <br />comprehensive plan. Upon receiving authorization to proceed with the project, Stantec will set up <br />a kickoff meeting and commence data collection and model updating. Stantec anticipates <br />providing the completed, draft comprehensive water plans for City review within four months of <br />the authorization to proceed. We would be happy to adjust our schedule to meet the needs of <br />the City. The team providing services will include Dan Edgerton as lead engineer, with others <br />supporting as needed. <br />Stantec will provide services on an hourly basis and estimates the level of effort required to be <br />$46,000 in accordance with the above work plans. Reimbursable expenses are included in this <br />proposed figure. Stantec will not exceed the hourly amount without further authorization from you. <br />This letter represents the understanding between the City and Stantec in respect to the Project <br />and may only be modified in writing signed by both of us and is subject to the current Master <br />Services Agreement between the City of Mounds View and Stantec. <br />If this letter satisfactorily sets forth the conditions of our Agreement, please sign in the space below <br />and return one copy to our office.
