Update SWMP report to be consistent with latest state (MN Rules 8410), Metropolitan <br />Council, and watershed requirements. We understand that the City is looking to make <br />minor updates to your SWMP to meet the requirements of the regulatory agencies <br />mentioned above. To meet the minimum requirements, the sections below will need to <br />be modified: <br />Executive Summary; <br />Purpose and Scope; <br />iii. <br />Physical Setting; <br />iv. <br />Regulatory Setting; <br />v. <br />SWMP References; <br />vi. <br />Water Resource Related Agreements; <br />vii. <br />Current Assessment; <br />viii. <br />Goals and Policies; <br />ix. <br />Implementation; <br />x. <br />Administration; and <br />A <br />Appendices <br />4. REPORT DELIVERABLE <br />a. Prepare a user-friendly report that can be read by a non-technical audience yet still <br />provides sufficiently detailed technical data for use by the City in storm sewer planning. <br />b. Include graphics, figures and maps to clarify items discussed in the report. <br />c. Provide draft and final reports as follows: <br />i. First draft for City staff review <br />ii. Second draft for submittal to RCWD and Metropolitan Council <br />1. Respond to review comments and update report accordingly <br />iii. Final report for City approval and use <br />d.
