Further cost savings are possible by purchasing gently <br />used office furniture. <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends the City Council approval to purchase the kitchen appliances from <br />Steve's Appliances for $4,250; shelving, tire rack, work -benches, and television for <br />$7,750 from various vendors. Staff would also recommend the purchase of office furniture <br />and direct staff to pursue finding gently used furniture as a cost not to exceed $18,000. <br />Staff further recommends the Council approve Change Order No. XXXXX to contract <br />with Ebert Construction to build out three hard shell offices at the Public works Facility for <br />a cost of $ XXXX to be funded form account 480-4470-7050-108. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Don Peterson <br />Public Works Director <br />
