Council Member Stigney stated that the Items are discussed at the Planning Commission <br />Meetings, and posted in the newspaper as required. <br />Council Member Marty requested that Item E be removed from the Consent <br />Agenda for further discussion. <br />Council Member Marty asked Director of Public Works Ulrich if Allied Blacktop Company had <br />submitted the only bid for the Chip Seal this year, and if this was also the low bidder of the <br />previous year. <br />Director of Public Works Ulrich stated that this was correct. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Stigney. Public Hearing and Introduction (First Reading) of Ordinance 632, an <br />ordinance amending Chapter 1113 of the Zoning Code pertaining to <br />permitted uses within the B-2, Limited Business Zoning District <br />Mayor Coughlin opened the Public Hearing at 7:30 p.m. <br />Planning Associate Ericson stated that this was an ordinance which amended the Zoning Code in <br />regard to the B-2, Limited Business Zoning Districts, to permit private educational facilities as <br />an allowed use within the Zoning District.
