Describe procedures used to establish construction costs. <br /> <br />6. Fee structure. <br />a. Include an hourly rate schedule based on employee function. <br /> <br />IX. EVALUATION: <br />Proposals will be evaluated based on the following: <br />1. Understanding of the project. <br />2. Experience in completing similarly sized projects. <br />3. Work plan for completing the study. <br />4. Qualifications/experience of personnel involved in the project. <br />5. References. <br />6. Cost of services. <br /> <br />X. SELECTION: <br />Selection of a consultant for this project will be based on the criteria noted above. Upon <br />initial ranking of the respondent’s proposals, City will enter into negotiations with the <br />selected consultant to finalize the work plan. Should the City and the selected Consultant fail <br />to satisfactorily reach agreement as to the work plan including budget, the City may enter <br />into negotiations with the respondent judged second in the evaluation process.
