and on behalf of the City, to execute and enter into said construction contract with <br />Northwest Asphalt, Inc. <br /> <br />4. The Director of Public Works is authorized to make approvals related to contract <br />modifications during construction of the Project up to a combined total of $14,000 (3% <br />contingency) on behalf of the City Council. <br /> <br />5. The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to execute all <br />appropriate documents to effectuate the actions contemplated by this Resolution. <br /> <br />6.
