Resolution 8546, Approving Bidding Documents and Authorizing 11 <br />Advertisement for Bids for 2016 Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project. 12 <br /> 13 <br />Public Works Director Erickson reviewed the bidding documents for the 2016 Sanitary Sewer 14 <br />Rehabilitation Project. He noted the plans and specs have been completed and recommended the 15 <br />Council approve the documents and authorize for the advertisement for bids. 16 <br /> 17 <br />Council Member Mueller asked if any slip lining would be completed in Area I in 2016. Public 18 <br />Works Director Erickson stated this was the case and noted the expense of this slip lining was 19 <br />included in the Area I Street Improvement Project. 20 <br /> 21 <br />Mayor Flaherty questioned how long this project would take. Public Works Director Erickson 22 <br />anticipated the project would take approximately three weeks to complete. 23 <br /> 24 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Meehlhause/Mueller. To Waive the Reading and Adopt Resolution 8546, 25 <br />Approving Bidding Documents and Authorizing Advertisement for Bids for 2016 Sanitary Sewer 26 <br />Rehabilitation Project. 27 <br /> 28 <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 29 <br /> 30 <br />E. Resolution 8547, Approve MnDOT Master Partnership Contract. 31 <br /> 32 <br />Public Works Director Erickson requested the Council approve a Master Partnership Contract 33 <br />with MnDOT. He explained the contract clarifies the way MnDOT works with municipalities for 34 <br />laboratory and other technical services. It was noted the contract would have an end date of June, 35 <br />2017. Staff recommended approval of the contract. 36 <br /> 37 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Meehlhause. To Waive the Reading and Adopt Resolution 8547, 38 <br />Approve MnDOT Master Partnership Contract. 39 <br /> 40 <br />Council Member Mueller asked if the City Attorney had reviewed this contract.
