However, this was to 15 be determined by the free market. She encouraged the property owner to upgrade the outside of 19 the building as it was an eyesore and requested the business owner to keep his property free of 20 debris. 21 22 Mayor Flaherty thanked the neighbors for attending the Council meeting and for voicing their 23 concerns. He explained this business was responsible for the repair as it was between the main 36 and the business. It was noted that if the repair was not made, the street would have been 37 undermined.
