Mr. Hammerschmidt stated there is a
busy morning crowd and busy leagues. There is an hour and a half we have between noon and
1:30 to do the work, and this is all that can be done during the day. This is to reduce the impact
on the golfers.
Mr. Marty stated question to Mr. Whiting, if this is authorized the 1st of April, how long would it
take to acquire a vehicle.
Mr. Whiting stated the vehicle will be purchased out of state.
Mr. Hammerschmidt stated three bids are made and the lowest bid is taken. It is just a matter of gathering the bids, and just go to the
different dealers and going through the normal bid process.
Mr. Marty asked that in the past it normally hasn't gone through the Council.
Mr. Whiting stated it is a type of purchase that does not have to go through the Council. It is
budgeted procedurally and it is just a matter of making the purchase.
