The number
of screens has been reduced from 16 to 15.
3. The site area has increased from 23.99 acres to 26.03 acres.
4. Impervious site area has decreased from 36.9 % of the site area to 35.7 %. Pervious
area has increased from 63.1 % of the site area to 64.3 %.
5. An additional pond will be constructed north of the wetland for the restaurant site.
9. Snow storage areas are shown on the plan.
10.No access is shown to Long Lake Road as was encouraged as part of the general
concept plan approval.
11. Deceleration lanes are shown on the plan.
12. Lighting Standards on the theater portion of the site are shown as 40 feet high instead
of 24 feet tall.
13. Exterior Insulation Finish System(EIFS) is shown as an an exterior material on a
portion of the theater buiding. The approved concept plan mentions only brick, split
faced block, or stone.
Planning Commission Action:
The Planning Commission comsidered this matter at their April 1st, and April 15th meetings. the
Planning Commission unanimously passed the attached Planning Commission Resolution No.
544-98 recommending approval of a development stage PUD plan with stipulations.
Wetland Buffer Permit:
The City reviews all development that occurs within wetlands and their buffers because of the
5
