RESOLUTION NO. 5231 <br /> Modifying the salary range for the Golf Club House Manager position. <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> County of Ramsey <br /> State of Minnesota <br /> Councilor introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> WHEREAS,the City needs to attract and retain quality staff to make its golf course successful; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City has determined that the pay scale for the Club House Manager is below the <br /> market rate and below its internal pay scale. <br /> NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds View that <br /> City set the maximum salary for the Club House Manager position for 1998 at$30,000. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Ken Manthis be placed at Step 1 of the new pay scale, <br /> effective March 21, 1998. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by and the roll being <br /> call, the following vote was recorded: <br /> Voting Aye: . <br /> Voting Nay: . <br /> Not Voting: . <br /> Whereas said resolution was declared to have been duly passed and adopted this 27th day of April, <br /> 1998. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Mayor <br /> (SEAL) <br /> City Administrator <br />
