EXAMPLES OF PERFORMANCE CRITERIA <br /> 1. Work is performed in a timely and thorough manner. <br /> 2 . Masters <br /> Degree preferred. <br /> Must be able to develop and maintain effective working <br /> relationships with a wide variety of city personnel, elected <br /> officials and the general public . <br /> Must have computer hardware and software experience and abilities, <br /> including familiarity with word processing, spreadsheets and <br /> database management . <br /> Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing and <br /> have a sound understanding of public administration and/or <br /> organizational management . <br /> Desired Minimum: <br /> Education and Experience: <br /> 1. Graduation from a college or university with a bachelor' s <br /> degree in public administration, political science, human <br /> resources, business management, or a closely related field, <br /> and <br />
