V. ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES: <br /> PUBLIC INFORMATION <br /> A. PUBLIC SERVICE PROGRAM <br /> Public Information Program Function and Service Standards <br /> The Public Information Program is responsible for all general and specific informational outreach and <br /> communication efforts made by the City to residents, businesses and other stakeholders. This program <br /> is responsible for half the printing and postage costs of the City Newsletter, as well as the cost and <br /> postage of other promotional material distributed by the City(i.e., the New Residents Guide). <br /> PROGRAM OBJECTIVE <br /> The overall goal of this program is to provide the general public with as much information as possible to <br /> keep them informed and encourage them to participate in activities throughout the community. <br /> BUDGET IMPACT <br /> Personnel: <br /> Personnel in this program consist of the following: <br /> • Administrative Secretary <br /> • Parks and Recreation Administrative Assistant <br /> • "Administrative Employee"- Title Unknown <br /> Due to the possibility of restructuring personnel in specific City departments, the position title of the <br /> 1996 Administrative Intern has not been determined and is listed as"Administrative Employee". <br /> General Expenditures: <br /> General expenditures will increase in 1997 due to the salary increase of the Administrative Employee. <br /> B. CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN <br /> Capital equipment projections are included in the Capital Equipment Plan. <br /> C. CAPITAL BUDGET <br /> • <br /> Funding for all capital equipment will be through the General Fund. <br />
