PUBLIC SERVICE PROGRAM <br /> Central Services Program Function and Service Standards <br /> The Central Services Program of Administrative Services provides for the efficient management, main- <br /> tenance and operation of the City Hall building and office operations. Responsibilities include those of <br /> • Purchasing and stocking of office supplies; <br /> • Purchasing custodial equipment and supplies; <br /> • Leasing office equipment such as the photocopy machine and the postage machine; <br /> • Maintaining mechanicals such as the telephone system, the fire alarm system, the HVAC system <br /> 41111 and the elevator; <br /> • Providing for utilities such as electricity and gas, general postage, maintenance agreements, <br /> general liability and staff automobiles; <br /> • Renewing maintenance agreements; <br /> • General liability issues; and <br /> • Organizing professional services such as Municipal Code updates from Sterling Codifiers. <br /> PROGRAM OBJECTIVES <br /> Central Services provides for a functional, pleasant, efficient facility where employees can work and <br /> residents and other visitors can conduct business. <br /> BUDGET IMPACT <br /> Personnel: <br /> Personnel in this program consist of the following: <br /> • Receptionist <br /> • • Administrative Secretary <br /> • Administrative Clerk <br />
