Fire origin and cause determination is not predictable for time taken, however, <br /> IIIusing an average figure of 6 fires at 4 hours per fire the total is $840. <br /> Plan review and sprinkler plan review take about I hour per plan, once again, <br /> based on projected averages, I am assuming an average of 10 plans per year which <br /> translates to $350. <br /> Existing Programs such as false alarm responses, meetings etc. are projected to <br /> take about 7 hours per month for a total of $2940. <br /> This gives a total of $10,955 per year payable in equal monthly increments of <br /> $912.92. In addition to these services, Contractor agrees to provide insurance for liability <br /> and accident in the value of$1,000,000. Further he agrees to provide a vehicle and be <br /> available for meetings with Fire Department leadership as requested. Secretarial <br /> functions for the inspection effort will be provided by the F.D. or the City.
