AGREEM:EbTT TO FURNISH FIRE INSPECTION SERVICES <br /> 4110 THIS AGREEMENT, made and <br /> entered into this day of <br /> 1996, by and between the CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW, <br /> MINNESOTA, a municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "Ci <br /> SPRING LAKE PARK FIRE DEPARTMENT INC, a "City")and the <br /> , Minnesota non-profit corporation <br /> (hereinafter referred to as "Fire Department"). <br /> WITNESSETH <br /> WHEREAS, the Fire Department is located in the Cities of Mounds View, Spring <br /> Lake Park and Blaine, Minnesota, and maintains a fully equipped volunteer fire <br /> department which and will begin providing fire inspection and prevention services <br /> to the three cities; and <br /> WHEREAS, said fire inspection and prevention services is believed to be in the <br /> best interests of the people residing in the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Fire Department needs and requires payment to cover its <br /> estimated cost of providing fire inspection and prevention services to the City. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the representations, warranties and <br /> agreements herein contained, and the considerations hereinafter set forth, the <br /> parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> ARTICLE 1 <br /> SERVICES PROVIDED <br /> 1.1 Fire Department agrees to answer all calls for fire inspection and <br /> prevention by sending out fire prevention personnel as soon as practical to such <br /> areas designated and requested by the City. <br /> 1.2 All portions of the City shall be designated on a map which shall be <br /> supplied to Fire Department. <br /> 1.3 Fire Department agrees to furnish the fire inspection and prevention <br /> services and necessary personnel as requested by the City to the said designated • <br /> 2=1O5344 <br /> MU125-52 <br /> 1 <br /> 3.c <br /> N3Aldel5 '8 AQ3NN3N 2.17:9T 96, 0E AUW <br />
