areas in the City, for the consideration set forth below, and agrees that its fire <br /> prevention personnel will make every reasonable effort to respond to requests from <br /> the City for inspection services. <br /> 1.4 The Fire Department further agrees that it will cooperate with any other <br /> fire departments that the City contracts with for mutual fire inspection and <br /> prevention services. <br /> ARTICLE 2 <br /> DEPARTMENT ORGANIZATION <br /> 2.1 The Fire Department agrees to remain at all times a non-profit <br /> corporation under Minnesota Statutes 317.17. It shall be operated exclusively to <br /> combat fires, prevent fires and perform other public assistance such as fire <br /> inspections, rescue work, emergency medicals, natural or man-made disasters or <br /> assistance to police. <br /> 110 2.2 The entire method of operation. shall be determined by the Fire <br /> Department, including but not limited to (1) fire prevention and inspection services <br /> response appropriate to each type of request for services; (ii) emergency or routine <br /> responses; (iii) mutual aid agreements entered into; (iv) membership in various <br /> 1 <br /> fire-related associations; (v) firefighter training procedures; and (vi) all other <br /> activities usually associated with the Fire Department. <br /> ARTICLE 3 <br /> TRAINING <br /> The Fire Department shall at all times be in compliance with such equipment, <br /> personnel and training standards as may be required by the laws of the State of <br /> Minnesota and the Federal Government. <br /> • <br /> 1=105344 <br /> MU-52 2 f <br /> Ed N3Add5 1 AC3NN3>1 2.17:9T 96, OE AdW <br />
