ARTICLE 4 <br /> 11111 PAYMENT <br /> 4.1 Payment for the services provided by Fire Department to the City sb U <br /> be as follows: <br /> (a) The City will pay Fire Department at an hourly rate of $ for <br /> each hour of fire inspection and prevention service provided to the <br /> City. <br /> (b) I no event will the annual cost to the City for such services exceed <br /> 4.2 The Fire Department agrees to submit to the City a copy of the Fire <br /> Department's annual financial report as prepared by its certified public accountant <br /> no later than June 30 of each year. <br /> ARTICLE 5 <br /> TERM AND RENEWABILITY <br /> 5.1 The term of this Agreement shall be from , 1996 <br /> through December 31, . The Agreement shall be automatically renewed on • <br /> the same terms and conditions contained herein unless either party gives a 8 month <br /> notice to terminate this Agreement or renegotiate any portion thereof 6 months prior <br /> to December 31, .
