The Commission reviewed all the options and decided to move forward with the <br />following items: <br /> <br />• Outside building maintenance needs to include wrapping the soffits and <br />fascia, and repairing weathered or rotten wood <br />Estimated cost $10,175.00 <br />• Inside building demo wall of old office in Northwest corner, patch walls and <br />ceiling, relocate sprinklers and relocate the electrical created by the demo <br />work <br />Estimated cost $6,883.86 <br />• Update lighting to from mercury vapor to LED <br />Estimated cost $6,434.18 less rebate from Xcel Energy of <br />$1,594.33 <br />• New Carpet installed in the building <br />Estimated cost $4,564.34 <br />• Painting of ceilings and walls <br />Estimated cost $300.00 <br /> <br /> <br />
