8 <br /> <br /> <br />The first DWI saturation was held on January 24th and was hosted by the New Brighton PD. <br />Officer Garland, Officer Schultes & Sergeant Wolf worked this event. MVPD Officers <br />conducted 30 traffic stops during the shift. Officer Garland made a warrant arrest and Officer <br />Schultes made a DWI arrest. <br /> <br />The second DWI saturation occurred on February 6th and was hosted by the Roseville PD. <br />Sergeant Wolf worked a short shift, citing 2 drivers for “driving after suspension” and issued 7 <br />verbal warnings. <br /> <br />The third DWI saturation was held on February 21st and was hosted by the North Saint Paul <br />PD. We had 4 officers work this event. They conducted 29 traffic stops during the shift. 7 <br />citations were issued for various offenses and Officer Schultes made a DWI arrest. <br /> <br />The fourth DWI Saturation occurred on March 7th and was hosted by the Ramsey County <br />Sheriff Office. Officers Meyer and Martin participated in this event. No DWI arrests were <br />made but not from lack of effort (25 traffic stops were conducted). Officers of the <br />Mounds View PD will participate in six DWI, one seatbelt and one distracted driving <br />enforcement saturation.
