Staff recommended adoption of 11 <br />the Ordinance. 12 <br /> 13 <br />Mayor Flaherty opened the public hearing at 7:21 p.m. 14 <br /> 15 <br />Hearing no public input, Mayor Flaherty closed the public hearing at 7:21 p.m. 16 <br /> 17 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull. Staff reviewed the proposed language amendment with 32 <br />the Council noting the amendment would align the City’s Code with the County, and 33 <br />recommended adoption of the Ordinance. 34 <br /> 35 <br />Mayor Flaherty opened the public hearing at 7:25 p.m. 36 <br /> 37 <br />Hearing no public input, Mayor Flaherty closed the public hearing at 7:25 p.m. 38 <br /> 39 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Meehlhause.
