No sales of items commonly used by drug users and drug dealers, <br />including glass pipes, brillo pads or the generic equivalent without <br />embedded soap, chore boy, small bags, dice, single use tobacco products <br />such as rolling papers. <br />10. No supplying matches to non -tobacco purchasing customers. <br />11. No sales of any synthetic drug products that do not comply with all state <br />and federal laws and regulations, including those related to packaging, <br />labeling and weights and measures. <br />Attached is Resolution 8245. The City Attorney drafted the Resolution for Staff, and it is <br />the intention that the above conditions will be placed in the Cigarette/Tobacco Code. <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends approval of Resolution 8245.
