Resolution 8290, Approving Blake Downes to the Streets and Utilities 27 <br />Committee. 28 <br /> 29 <br />Council Member Meehlhause thanked Mr. Downes for volunteering to serve on the Streets and 30 <br />Utilities Committee. He complimented Mr. Downes on the thorough responses provided on his 31 <br />application. 32 <br /> 33 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Meehlhause/Mueller. To Waive the Reading and Adopt Resolution 8290, 34 <br />Approving Blake Downes to the Streets and Utilities Committee. 35 <br /> 36 <br />Council Member Mueller explained that Mr. Downes was her neighbor and found him to be an 37 <br />extremely intelligent individual. She was thrilled that he came forward to volunteer for this 38 <br />position.
