Resolution 8313, Approving the Final Plat for the Mounds View Business 14 <br />Park 3rd Addition, 2205 Woodale Drive. 15 <br /> 16 <br />Planning Associate Heller reviewed the final plat for Multi-Tech for the property at 2205 17 <br />Woodale Drive. She explained that three lots were being created and two would be sold off, two 18 <br />going to BioLife. She discussed the plat in further detail and recommended Council approval. 19 <br /> 20 <br />Mayor Flaherty was pleased with the new developments that were taking place along the County 21 <br />Highway 10 corridor. 22 <br /> 23 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Gunn. Resolution 8312, Approving a Lease Agreement with Ebenezer Management 29 <br />Services for Office Space in the Mounds View Community Center. 30 <br /> 31 <br />City Administrator Ericson stated Ebenezer Management Services was interested in a short term 32 <br />lease for office space at the Mounds View Community Center. He explained that this 33 <br />organization was the management group for Coventry Senior Living. He indicated the group 34 <br />would be coordinating their efforts with the YMCA to begin planning additional events for 35 <br />seniors in the community. Staff recommended the Council approve the lease agreement with 36 <br />Ebenezer Management Services. 37 <br /> 38 <br />Mayor Flaherty questioned if the group would require signage. City Administrator Ericson 39 <br />believed this to be the case. 40 <br /> 41 <br />Council Member Meehlhause recommended the lease term be changed to four months and not 42 <br />six. 43 <br /> 44 <br />Council Member Mueller asked if the Community Center hours were adequate to meet the needs 45
