<br />RESOLUTION 7911 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESTABLISHMENT OF PRECINCT BOUNDARIES <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, new legislative district boundaries were established on February 21, <br />2012; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute §204B.14, subd. 3, requires each city to establish (or <br />reestablish) its precinct boundaries no later than nineteen (19) weeks before the 2012 <br />State Primary Election; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the changes in the legislative boundaries will not require any <br />adjustments to the current precinct boundaries. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council hereby <br />reestablishes the current precinct boundaries, effective on August 14, 2012. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that City Staff be instructed to <br />send a copy of this Resolution and the City’s precinct map to the Ramsey County Elections <br />Office, Minnesota Secretary of State Elections Office, and post a copy at Mounds View City <br />Hall. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 12th day of March, 2012. <br /> <br /> <br />__________________________________ <br />Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: __________________________________ <br />James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> <br />(seal)
