Awarding Construction Contract to Rosenquist Construction for 2012 Reroofing <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />City staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached resolution awarding a <br />construction contract to Rosenquist Construction for the full reroofing of the Community Center <br />and Water Treatment Plant No. 1. The resolution will also authorize INSPEC to perform <br />construction observation and testing services. If adopted, the new roofs are anticipated to last <br />about 25 years.
