As previously mentioned, the O&M staff is generally responsible for ensuring operation, <br />maintenance, and repair of City-owned infrastructure, facilities, land, and vehicles. Most of the O&M <br />responsibilities occur after infrastructure construction is complete and ready to be used, where many <br />of the A/E responsibilities relating to projects end at construction completion.
