Prior to the work session, it is anticipated that we will <br /> have this information. City Administrator Whiting will be in the office on Monday and it is <br /> anticipated that information on the leases for the School District and Childrens' Home Society as <br /> well as other pertinent information will be compiled to provide you with a comprehensive <br /> financial projection on the proposed project. We apologize that such information is not available <br /> for your review prior to the meeting and hope that this will not result in further delays in <br /> proceeding with the project. <br /> • Attached is a summary of the comments from the Bel Rae Task force which provides their <br /> insight as to how the proposed project will meet what they perceived as the communities needs. <br />
