In January 1996, the City submitted salary information based on <br /> figures from December 31, 1995. Mounds View did not meet certain requirements, resulting in a <br /> non-compliance ruling by the Department of Employee Relations. The City had a grace period <br /> to meet the requirements and submitted a new report with salary information as of February 1997 <br /> which indicated the City passes the statistical, salary range and exceptional service pay tests. To <br /> finalize the procedure, the City Council needs to approve the Pay Equity Report before being <br /> sent to DOER. <br /> I have attached the required information which will be sent to DOER. This item will be placed <br /> on June 9, 1997 meeting for Council approval. <br /> S <br />
