Should the use for which the permit was granted be changed, the permit shall be subject to <br /> reconsideration, revocation or other action regulated by Section 1125.01 of this Title. <br /> Findings related to these criteria are stated in the attached resolution. The criteria have been met. <br /> Staff has become aware of a nuisance code violation on the Newcombe property, which was <br /> verified with a recent site visit. In the rear yard, there is an accumulation of bagged pop cans <br /> which are waiting to be recycled. In addition to the cans, there are plastic barrels and pails in the <br /> same location. The cans are visible from Woodale Drive to the south. While the property owner <br /> would prefer to recycle the cans when the price-per-pound increases, staff recommends that the <br /> conditional use permit not be granted unless the nuisance code violations are removed.
