The <br /> understanding of Mounds View that we have gained from recent work for the City has <br /> lent a familiarity with many of the development and redevelopment issues currently <br /> before the City Council and Planning Commission. • <br /> BASIC SERVICES <br /> Based upon your request and in consideration of the anticipated objectives stated above, <br /> we are pleased to submit this proposal for the following professional services.
