Having Public Works or Parks conduct this service would <br /> not cost additional money but would required cutting activities that are currently being done, that <br /> would need to be eliminated to have time to perform custodial services at the Community Center. <br /> I recommend that the City look into expanding the custodial contract of City Hall to include the <br /> Community Center. This would be an operational cost that would need to be paid by revenues of <br /> the community center. <br /> I would like to be able to work with you on the management portion of the Community Center. I <br /> think that this line of work is in the realm of Parks and Recreation Administration, is something <br /> that Parks and Recreation professionals are trained and experienced. In addition, the Parks and <br /> Recreation profession has a large bank of information and experiences to draw upon through the <br /> networking of ever-growing number of cities that have community centers. <br /> • <br />
