Option 1 has <br /> an estimated cost of$122,127. This option differs to Option 2 only in that it uses current staff to <br /> supervise the Community Center during regular daytime office hours. This presumes that the <br /> Parks and Recreation staff would move to offices at the Community Center. Option 2 is <br /> estimated at $143,193. This presumes that a regular full time employee is hired to provide <br /> Community Center supervision during the daytime and this position is responsible for making <br /> rental reservations. In both options, part time staffis buegeted to provide supervision and <br /> security of the Community Center during open hours. Additional services including custodial and <br /> special event facilitation are included. <br /> Option 1 is $21,066 less than Option 2. Estimated revenues are $122,500. Option#1 would <br /> break even whereas Option#2 would show a deficit of($20,693) expenses over revenue. • <br /> S <br />
