All four candidates appear to be well qualified and have a grasp <br /> of the City's intent for the building survey. All of the candidates have expressed that the <br /> remainder of the engineering cost of the project, should it proceed to construction, will be based <br /> and the system that is chosen to replace or correct the building's HVAC deficiencies. <br /> Staff will attempt to contact references for all of the firms prior to Monday's meeting and present <br /> a report of the findings and possibly a recommendation for Council's consideration. <br /> • 77:Th <br /> / <br /> 1Vc ael Ulrich, Director of Public Works <br /> • <br /> S <br />
