Changes, if any, in <br /> job evaluation points will become effective the following January 1st. <br /> I. PROCEDURE FOR PAY EQUITY ADJUSTMENTS FOR YEAR 1992 <br /> 1. The initial Pay Equity Adjustment for 1992 will be paid prior to December 31, <br /> 1991. <br /> 2. All other Pay Equity Adjustments in 1992 will be included in bi-weekly pay at the <br /> same time as other bi-weekly compensation. <br /> /POLICY: FLEX TIME LEAVE <br /> Approved by: Clerk Administrator Section: 3.05 <br /> Revision History: 1994, 1996, 1997 <br /> Flex Time Policy is an attempt to establish a consistent method of tracking regularly scheduled <br /> work hours and additional non-regularly scheduled work hours which applie to exempt status <br /> employees. <br /> Flex time may be earned and accrued, one hour for each extra hour worked over a 40 hour <br /> work week. Flex time should be used within a reasonable period from when it was earned; <br /> perferably during the same week. Flex time can be used in increments of a maximum of 16 <br /> hours in a two week pay period. Use of Flex time must be approved by the employee's <br /> supervisor prior to its use. Recording of Flex time should be accruately maintained be each <br /> employee. <br /> Accrued flex time balances will be reduced to fourty hours on December 31 of each calendar <br /> year. (This reduction does not apply to Golf Course exempt status personnel). Upon an <br /> employees termination from the City, there will be not pay out of Flex Time accurals, either <br /> partial or total. <br /> POLICY: HOLIDAYS <br /> .Approved By: City Code Section: 3.10 <br /> Revision History: 1988, 1996, 1997 <br /> All regular full-time, part-time averaging 20 hours or more hours per week, and probationary <br /> employees receive the following holidays: <br /> 1. New Year's Day <br /> 2. Martin Luther King's Birthday (3rd Monday in January) <br /> 3. President's Day <br /> 4. Good Friday <br /> 5. Memorial Day <br /> 6. Independence Day <br /> • <br /> 7. Labor Day <br /> 8. Veteran's Day <br /> 9. Thanksgiving Day <br />
