Flex time should be used within a reasonable period from when it was earned; <br /> perferably during the same week. Flex time can be used in increments of a maximum of 16 <br /> hours in a two week pay period. Use of Flex time must be approved by the employee's <br /> supervisor prior to its use. Recording of Flex time should be accruately maintained be each <br /> employee. <br /> Accrued flex time balances will be reduced to fourty hours on December 31 of each calendar <br /> year. (This reduction does not apply to Golf Course exempt status personnel).
