•
//
?7-2z/7 C.
• CITY COUNCIL MEMO
TO: Mayor and City Council
FROM: James Ericson, Planning Associate ,T
RE: Silver Lake Commons Development Review
DATE: September 19, 1997
Attached is the staff report for the Silver Lake Commons development review request as it was
presented to Council on September 8, 1997, and Resolution 5154 which remains unchanged save
for a few minor corrections. The corrections have been underlined and or crossed-out for your
reference.
The first change in the resolution is the addition of a line of text on the bottom of Page 2, in
stipulation lb. This addition states that if MnDOT requires a surety for Highway 10
improvements, Mounds View will not require any additional surety for those improvements.
The second change is on Page 3 and reflects the possibility that Rice Creek may in fact require a
permit for drainage and ponding. In the event that a permit is required from Rice Creek, no
significant changes are expected to be made to the drainage plan.
•
The third change is the deletion of former stipulation No. 2, which required the applicant to obtain
Pq
a ten-foot wide pedestrian easement to gain access to Eastwood Road. This easement has since
been obtained over a portion of 7800 Eastwood Road. Former stipulation No. 3 has been
renumbered as a result. The last change made changes the approval date from September 8, 1997
to September 22, 1997.
There are no other changes associated with this development review request since this case was
presented to Council on September 8, 1997.
•
