Based on the various analyses performed, we have concluded that the financial <br /> management, payroll, and cash receipts software that would provide the City of <br /> Mounds View with the best value would be the Pace System from Computer <br /> Management Systems, Inc. For utility billing, the CMS GT Water Billing system <br /> should be purchased. <br /> B. See the attached Exhibits 1 and 2 for the results of the cost analyses based on initial <br /> outlay and a ten year cost projection. <br /> C. Exhibit 3 illustrates the initial projected outlay for the recommended system and the <br /> source of funds to be used. <br />
