• Marge has worked very flexible hours this week, working around the schedule <br /> produced by the training. She is helping with data entry in the utility system. <br /> • I met with the auditors on Tuesday, to review worksheets that will be needed in a <br /> few weeks. After Ramsey County gets back with some reports, I will start <br /> production of more worksheets. <br /> Mary T. <br /> PUBLIC WORKS <br /> • Road restrictions went into effect March 15, 1996. Letters were sent to the licensed <br /> garbage haulers explaining the City's policy. (Permits are issued at the cost of$20 per <br /> vehicle, per entry into the City.) On March 18, (2) separate citations were issued to <br /> overweight garbage haulers. Thank you Larry, Wally and Roger Koopmeiners. <br /> • The Streets Department is out filling pot holes. This will be a continuous task until the <br /> end of Spring. <br /> • The Water Department and Mike, trained with Sensus, Kitty and Dorothy on the new <br /> software, Tuesday, March 19. <br /> • Mark is continuing the work on the installation of the used oil heaters for the garage. <br /> • Tim and Tom Baumgart continue their work on the DARE vehicle. <br /> PUBLIC WORKS WISHES PAUL HARRINGTON THE BEST OF LUCK WITH THE <br /> FUTURE AND HIS NEW JOB! <br /> Tracy Juell <br /> POLICE <br /> • Dave B., Terry B., and Mike Kampa have been in Hawaii for the past week.
