Paone asked Mike Ulrich to take a look at the area that is being affected. Paone wanted to know what the <br /> 8 true taking is going to be and his concern is that now there will be an assessment. <br /> 9 <br /> 10 Ulrich stated that the center line is white dotted. Ulrich also stated that the trees will be replaced <br /> 11 two for one, but those that can be saved will be. <br /> 12 <br /> 13 Jeannine Jellings, 7581 Pleasant View Drive, stated concern about driveway curbs put in according <br /> 14 to code and will be the project people be surveying to find the property lines. <br /> 15 <br /> 16 Ulrich stated that driveway areas would be surveyed. <br /> 17 Mayor Linke explained that property owners have the right to approve driveways being located closer than <br /> 18 five feet to the adjoining property via permission of the property owner. <br /> 19 <br /> 20 Mayor Linke closed the public hearing. <br /> 21 <br /> 2 2 MOTION/SECOND_: Trude/Wuori to Adopt Resolution No. 4596 Approving the Reconstruction of <br /> 23 Pleasantview Drive <br /> 24 <br /> 25 VOTE: 4 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> 26 <br /> 2 7 7:10 p.m. Consideration of the Request for Conditional Use Permit (oversized garage) of Vince Meyer, <br /> 28 8380 Spring Lake Road <br /> 29 <br /> 30 Mayor Linke opened the public hearing for the request for Conditional Use Permit (oversized <br /> 31 garage) of Vince Meyer, 8380 Spring Lake Road. <br /> 32 <br /> 3 3 Paul Harrington, Community Development Coordinator, explained that Mr. Meyer came in to the <br /> 34 City to get a building permit and fees were accepted and Mr. Meyer built the garage without going <br /> 35 through the Planning Commission to obtain a Conditional Use Permit. Harrington explained that <br /> 36 staff felt it was an honest mistake and that the garage meets all conditions of the City Code. <br /> 37 <br /> 3 8 Vince Meyer, 8380 Spring Lake Road, explained his situation regarding the construction of his <br /> 39 oversized garage.
