A third contingency <br />regarding Park Dedication fees was <br />added. <br />The Planning Commission expressed <br />concern about the upkeep of the outlot. <br />Planner Harrington explained that the <br />City would keep control of the outlot to <br />prevent rank growth on the property. <br />Planner Harrington read aloud proposed <br />Resolution No. 392-94. He noted that <br />the legal descriptions will be attached <br />to the resolution. The applicant <br />informed the Commission that the date of <br />the most recently revised plat was June <br />10, 1994, and the most recent Utility <br />Plan is dated June 15th. <br />Motion/Second: Ruggles/Johnston to <br />recommend approval of Resolution No. <br />392-84, recommending approval of the <br />Major Subdivision request of Citywide <br />Developers, Inc. <br />6 ayes 0 nays <br />Planner Harrington informed the <br />applicant that a preliminary hearing <br />would be held at the July 25th City <br />Council meeting. <br />Planner Harrington outlined the request <br />of Wolf and Associates to construct a <br />9,566 square foot addition to their <br />existing facility at 4860 Mustang <br />Circle. He noted that the City will <br />review the development in one year to <br />determine the possible need for <br />landscaping on the north side of the <br />building adjacent to the manufactured <br />home park. <br />Motion/Second: Miller/Colleen to <br />recommend approval of Resolution No. <br />393-94 recommending approval of the <br />development request of Wolf and <br />Associates, 4860 Mustang Circle <br />Motion Carried <br />9.
