Consideration of Resolution No. 4629 Amending Resolution No. 4461 <br /> 20 Which Adopted 1994 Mounds View Fee Schedule (12/13/94) <br /> 21 <br /> 22 Tim Cruikshank, Assistant to the City Administrator, reported that <br /> 23 at the request of one of the proprietors affected by the on-sale <br /> 24 intoxicating liquor license fee, the Mounds View City Council, over <br /> 25 the past few months, has discussed several possible options to <br /> 26 renovate the fee structure. At the September Work Session the City <br /> 27 Council was presented with a new method of determining liquor <br /> 28 license fees that is more fair and equitable to affected <br /> 29 proprietors. Cruikshank went over the proposed formula for both on- <br /> 30 sale without cabaret and on-sale with cabaret. <br /> 31 <br /> 32 Mayor Linke reported that he had called the gentleman who had <br /> 33 brought this to the City and he is very happy as this saves him <br /> 34 about $3700 per year for his small establishment. <br /> 35 <br /> 36 Councilmember Trude stated that this was a cooperative effort <br /> 37 with the businesses. <br /> 38 <br /> 39 MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Blanchard to Adopt Resolution No. 4629 <br /> 40 Amending Resolution No. 4461 Which Adopted the 1994 Mounds View Fee <br /> 41 Schedule (12/13/94) <br /> 42 <br /> 43 VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> 44 <br /> 45 I. Consideration of Resolution No. 4634 Resolution of Intent to Dismiss <br /> 46 <br /> 47 Samantha Orduno, City Administrator, stated that Council had <br /> 48 received in their packet Resolution No. 4634 . The portion of the <br /> 49 meeting where grounds for dismissal will be discussed must be <br /> 50 closed. The public cannot attend this meeting. The Mayor will have <br /> 51 to close the meeting and reopen the meeting at the point where the <br /> 52 Council would take any official action. The City Attorney is at the <br /> 53 meeting tonight to make sure every process and procedure is followed <br /> 54 to the letter. <br />
