Consideration of Clean-Up Day Fees <br /> 20 <br /> 21 Paul Harrington, Community Development Coordinator, reported that <br /> 22 staff had tentatively scheduled a Fall Clean-Up Day for Saturday, <br /> 23 October 22 , 1994, from 9: 00 a.m. - 3 : 00 p.m. Harrington further <br /> 24 reported that as in the Spring of this year, Twin City Refuse <br /> 25 working in conjunction with Keith Krupenny and Son Disposal, will be <br /> 26 providing collection services. Harrington explained that the fee <br /> 27 schedule would be the same as used in the Spring. <br /> 28 <br /> 29 Councilmember Quick commented that drop off of tires for $1.50 is <br /> 30 very reasonable. <br /> 31 <br /> 32 MOTION/SECOND: Wuori/Quick to Approve Clean-Up Day Terms with Twin <br /> 33 City Refuse <br /> 34 <br /> 35 VOTE: 4 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> 36 <br /> 37 B. Consideration of Development Review Request, Crouse Cartage Company <br /> 38 Paul Harrington, Community Development Coordinator, reported that <br /> 39 the Crouse Cartage Company made application for a development review <br /> 40 for site improvements they anticipate making at 2169 Mustang Drive <br /> 41 in the City's Industrial Park. Harrington further reported that the <br /> 42 project calls for the surfacing of approximately 90, 000 square feet <br /> 43 of currently unimproved property for use as parking and staging <br /> 44 area. Harrington also explained that the applicant would like to <br /> 45 add approximately 3500 square feet to the existing loading dock area <br /> 46 which would add 17 bays to the existing 34 currently available at <br /> 47 the facility. <br /> 48 <br /> 49 Staff met with the City Engineer and according to a preliminary <br /> 50 review of the project and its storm water runoff impacts, the plan <br /> 51 provides for adequate storm water control and discharge from the <br /> 52 site. Harrington stated that staff has referred the applicant to <br /> 53 Kate Drewry at the Rice Creek Watershed District to discuss possible <br /> 54 permitting requirements at that Agengy. Harrington noted that staff <br />
