Consideration of Adoption of Ordinance No. 548 "Land Subdivisions" 22 23 Paul Harrington, Community Development Coordinator, explained that 24 at the September 12 , 1994 City Council Meeting, Ordinance No. 548 25 was formally introduced by the Council. Harrington reported that 26 this ordinance is presented again for consideration of formal 27 adoption. Harrington stated that the ordinance would amend the 28 Subdivision Regulations to require that all contiguously owned 29 property be included in Plat applications. 30 31 MOTION/SECOND: Wuori/Blanchard to Adopt Ordinance No. 548, "Land 32 Subdivisions" 33 34 ROLL CALL VOTE: 35 Mayor Linke - yes 36 Councilmember Quick - yes 37 Councilmember Wuori - yes 38 Councilmember Trude - absent 39 Councilmember Blanchard - yes 40 41 VOTE: 4 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried 42 43 D. Consideration of Preliminary Plat, Sherwood Estates 44 45 Paul Harrington, Community Development Coordinator, reported that 46 Citywide Developers made application to the City Council for a Major 47 Subdivision calling for 17 single family lots to be located 48 northeast of the Spring Lake Road/Highway 10 intersection. 49 Harrington reported that the proposed development would be partially 50 services by a cul-de-sac to be constructed at the expense of the 51 applicant. Harrington further reported that staff had reviewed the 52 proposal and found that it met the general intent of the Municipal 53 Code, however, the possible need for storm water control ponding to 54 service the development needed to be addressed.
