He was <br /> 3 concerned that this was a ploy to increase the property value, and <br /> 4 force the City to buy the lot. <br /> 5 <br /> 6 Joel Sheldon, 5143 Red Oak Drive, said that there was six inches of <br /> 7 water standing in the proposed building site. <br /> 8 <br /> 9 Trude commented that having the City Consulting Engineer available <br /> 10 to answer questions would be helpful. She would also like to have <br /> 11 a reportrom the engineer for the proposed developer and would <br /> 12 like to have a copy of the soil boring report. <br /> 13 <br /> 14 Allen Sheldon, 5143 Red Oak Drive, said that water came in his <br /> 15 garage and he was also concerned about the drainage problems on <br /> 16 this property. <br /> 17 <br /> 18 Mayor Linke closed the public hearing at 8: 07 p.m. <br /> 19 <br /> 20 Blanchard expressed frustration in receiving this information at <br /> 21 the last minute, not allowing sufficient time for review.
