BELAIR
BUILDERS INC
•
July 21, 1995
Joyce Pruitt
City of Mounds View
2401 Highway 10
Mounds View, MN 55112
Re: Bridges Technology Center
Dear Joyce:
On behalf of Bridges Leasing Company L.L.C. I am submitting the following information
requested by yourself and Mr. Paul Harrington:
1. Two (2) copies each of items 1 -4 of the Rice Creek Watershed District Notice of
Permit Application Status, dated June 30, 1995.
2. Wetland deliniation boundaries are shown on sheet one (1) of the enclosed site and
grading plan. Field Verification forthcoming from Kate Drewery, Rice Creek
Watershed District Administrator.
3. Completed City of Mounds View Planning Application and check for $300.00.
4. Two (2) copies of revised Landscape Plan, dated July 21, 1995.
The Landscape Plan has been revised subsequent to meeting with Richard
Wriskey, City Forester held July 13, 1995 (project Architect minutes of meeting
with Mr. Wriskey are attached) relative to property edges and the specific type of
project to be constructed on Lot 3. Attention was drawn to the desire to "soften"
the building and to take into account occasional truck traffic. The revised
Landscape Plan incorporates Mr. Wriskey's suggestions of species that will be
more suitable between the existing Oak stand and the proposed building (i.e. White
Pine vs. Spruce and American Linden vs. Ash.) Mr. Wriskey also suggested
several species for the western property line that are more water/swamp tolerable
and again, this has been incorporated in the Plan.
2200 OLD HIGHWAY 8• NEW BRIGHTON, MINNESOTA 55112 • (612) 786-1300• Fax: (612) 786-0769
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AND AFFIRMATIVE ACTION EMPLOYER
