Mr. Kirtz indicated that he felt there was a <br /> 43 need for a stop sign at this location due to the speed of the <br /> 44 vehicles. <br /> 45 <br /> 46 Charlynn Robertson, 2757 Ardan Avenue, addressed the Council <br /> 47 emphasizing the need to look at the "big" picture in <br /> 48 relationship to the issue. Robertson spoke about the safety <br /> 49 of the elderly and disabled residents in the direct area with <br /> 50 regard to teen drivers speeding at this location. Robertson <br />
