trail use computer system. This system was too complicated and took too long
for transactions. Two new cash registers will be available for speedy service.
The cash registers are easy to use and easy to learn - and are fast. One for each
service window will provide ultimate efficiency for those high demand days.
* Two time clocks have been installed for efficiency and accuracy regarding time
sheet calculations. One is placed in the Clubhouse and one in the Maintenance
building.
* The new net seems to be working. There has been no report of stray balls into
the trucking company parking lot.
* This next week will be the last far-sever- • - -- • - - • • -- ho will
be heading back to college. Two additional employees have been hired to take
the place of those leaving. Fewer staff will be scheduled as the golfing frenzy is
expected to decrease after Labor Day.
CABLE TV:
* Jerry Skelly had disconnected the cables leading into the council chambers which
works the Public Announcement system and had forgotten to re-hook them. That
is the reason it was not working during Monday night's council meeting. Jerry
has been called to come and re-hook the wires. If he cannot do it we will
contract the service out.
Mary S.
POLICE
* Dave Brick is on vacation this week. Also missing parts of this week have been
Pat M., Roger K. and Jack C. who have been out sick.
* The Chief attended a meeting with Ramsey County, New Brighton and Roseville
about combining our computer and record management system. Everyone
attending was very excited about this venture. Information to date: It will save us
money and more data will be available. I will be attending meetings and updating
you when more information is available.
Tim R.
