No. C95104 <br /> Consulting Engineers <br /> Land Surveyors <br /> Dear Mr. Keehn, <br /> The following information is being forwarded to you per our September 15 <br /> meeting and item number 4 of the letter sent to Mr. Jim Winkels from Mr. <br /> Paul Harrington. <br /> It is our hope that this information will accomplish two goals. <br /> The first goal is to obtain your approval of the revised Lot 3 Grading and <br /> Utility Plans configuration, previously approved by your agency. <br /> The pond has been modified to provide dead storage only (water quality)for <br /> Lot 3 as well as Lot 2. The live storage is proposed to be contained in a <br /> portion of Outlot A. This can be examined by looking at the plans for Lot <br /> Equal <br /> Opportunity 3 construction, as well as the calculation. <br /> Employer <br /> The second goal is to obtain your approval of the Master Drainage Plan into <br /> Outlot A which will provide live storage for Lots 1, 2 and 3. <br /> The Master Drainage Plan for Lots 1, 2, 3 and Outlot A was designed to <br /> provide both water quality and quantity control of storm water runoff. <br /> A. Water Quality <br /> Water quality will be achieved by the use of two ponds. The <br /> Proposed Pond will accommodate storm water runoff from Lots 2 <br /> and 3.
