(The meetings are usually one to three hours in duration.) <br /> Council meetings are held on the second and fourth Mondays of every <br /> month except when a holiday is on a Monday. The meeting is then <br /> rescheduled on a Tuesday. The attorney is required to attend Council <br /> meetings only upon request, but no less than once each quarter. <br /> 2. The City requires monthly billing statements which itemize all costs <br /> and include the following: <br /> a. The date of services. <br /> b. The attorney and/or support personnel providing the <br /> services. <br /> c. A detailed description of the case and services performed. <br /> d. Time spent. <br /> e. Itemized list of all direct and indirect fees for services. <br />
