20.5 A schedule of employees and their assigned standby dute assignment dates shall <br /> be maintained by the Public Works Supervisor. EMPLOYEES may, with the <br /> permission of the Public Works Supervisor, trade standby duty on a day-to-day <br /> basis with other public works/parks maintenance employees. <br /> ARTICLE XXI. PERFORMANCE REVIEWS. <br /> 21.1 The CITY will design a performance review form with the input of the <br /> EMPLOYEES. <br /> 21.2 The CITY will perform a performance review on an annual basis to help guide <br /> the employee in areas which need to be more fully developed and to determine <br /> the job level to which the employee will be assigned for the next fiscal year. <br /> 21.3 Performance reviews will be prepared by each employees' supervisor. Appeals <br /> must follow normal City personnel rules. <br /> ARTICLE XXII. JOB CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM. <br /> 22.1 A 4 level job classification system designated as Levels A, B, C and D will be used <br /> to classify employees and establish wages. The requirements of the 4 Levels are <br /> as follows, <br /> 22.1.1 Public Services Worker - Level A Requirements High School <br /> Diploma GED, or equivalent. <br /> Valid Minnesota Class C Driver's License. <br /> Successful completion of City's physical examination. <br /> Demonstrated ability to meet the physical demands ofthe job; <br /> including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, climbing, reaching <br /> overhead, pushing, and pulling with out restriction. <br /> Demonstrated ability to read, understand, and follow written and <br /> oral instructions including safety rules. <br /> Demonstrated ability to perform job responsibilities in climatic <br /> extremes. <br /> Demonstrated ability to perform routine repair and maintenance <br /> tasks in the following sections: Streets, Parks, Building Maintenance, <br /> Sewer, Water, & Vehicle Maintenance <br /> 22.1.2 Public Services Worker - Level B Requirements <br /> Meet or exceed all Level A requirements; and <br /> 9 <br />
